Little Did She Know

An attempt to escape
Such like that of
In a hunger game
Starving for warmness

Then here comes
A promise of glory
And a love to last
Forever and a day

For awhile, sure she is
Drowning with philia
Each and every inch
Of her is ecstatic

Little did she know
She was pulling herself
To the dungeon of
More despair and ruefulness

Bereaved of hope
Mistaken and misunderstood
Far-famed and labeled
As an undignified person

Wicked sinful words
Behaviours of no pardon
She only desires to
Taking to the woods

To finally redeem herself
Giving-up the ghost
And all about the world
It’d soon be over somehow
